Hsia Hui

Yes, this may sound like a typical cliche line but Hsia Hui feels that this mentality has got her to where she is in life.
Trained under a Japanese mentor, she has been in the hairdressing industry since 2013, focusing mainly on the administration, marketing, and client relations side.
She hopes to create a wonderful and warm environment for both customers and the team.

“Walk slowly, step-by-step but never walk backward”,
Eling has taken great care in building up her repertoire as a stylist.
She has spent the last 12 years exploring and developing her own style; evident in her portfolio ranging from subtle to bright & vivid colours, as well as bob haircut.

Jason
"Being in the hair industry allow me to build personal connections with customers as well as explore my creative side."
Jason dived head-first into the hair industry more than half a decade ago with no prior knowledge or experience in the field, found his passion, and has stayed ever since.
Humbly claiming that his specialty includes hair wash and spa treatment, he is looking forward to making his mark in the industry, one strand at a time.

Doing hair seems to come naturally for Kolyn as she grew up having an interest in it.
Being in the industry for 11 years, she finds the notion of passing on one’s skills & experiences as very admirable, crediting her hair educators as her biggest inspiration.
Her specialty includes layered cut and colours.
Fun facts: She believes in a balanced diet: Candy in both hands!

For her, it’s not just about the hair but the way it makes someone feel. She loves the moment clients leave her chair feeling like their best self. With her motto, she brings both skill and positivity to every appointment.

From effortless balayage and highlights to soft design perms and precision layered cuts, her goal is always to create hair that is beautiful, wearable, and easy to maintain.
Since beginning her journey in the hair industry in 2013, Grace has been passionate about helping people feel more confident through their hair.
Guided by her motto, she is constantly refining her craft so every client leaves the salon feeling refreshed, confident, and truly themselves.

Qamara aka Q's journey into hair began with childhood hair escapades on family members, and the love for the craft stuck.
Inspired by SNSD Tiffany Young's upbeat attitude and determination in her K-pop journey, Q jumped into the hair scene in 2018, ready to bring positivity and good vibes to every strand.
Fun fact: His dance moves are so smooth, even the floor gets jealous!

Xiang joined the hair industry in 2023 after discovering her passion for creative colour from experimenting on her own hair at a young age.
While naturally a little shy at first, Xiang’s warm and playful personality shines through once you get to know her, making every appointment feel comfortable and easy-going.
Guided by her belief to never stop chasing dreams and to always keep improving, she is dedicated to providing thoughtful service and quality work to every client who sits in her chair.

Say hello to May, our vibrant and ever-curious salon assistant who stepped into the hair industry in 2024—but has been DIY-ing her own looks since secondary school.
She’s currently exploring her groove in creative colours, bold buzz cuts, face-framing fringes, and perms—basically, anything that allows for fun, transformation, and a little creative chaos.
While she doesn’t have a single source of inspiration, she looks up to her teammates Yvonne and Jing En for their solid skills and flexibility.

Meet Andy, our go-to guy for the most relaxing shampoo head massages you'll ever experience.
Inspired by his mom, a hairstylist who worked hard to care for their family, Andy jumped into the industry in 2022, wanting to help people feel their best and boost their confidence.
Fun fact: Loves mahjong, Korea, and crab!

Winnie has been in the hair industry since 2016, growing up surrounded by salon life thanks to her mum, who is also a hairstylist. Being in that environment from a young age naturally inspired her to follow the same path, and over the years she has developed into an all-rounded stylist who simply enjoys doing every service to the best of her ability.
While she insists she doesn’t have a motto and describes herself as “boring” (which the team would strongly disagree with), Winnie is known for her easy-going personality, warm energy, and dedication to making every client feel comfortable in her chair.
With years of hands-on experience and a genuine love for the industry she grew up in, she brings both familiarity and fun into every appointment.

Joey specialises in assisting with hair colouring and bleaching services, supporting the team in creating seamless, well-executed transformations. Since starting her journey in the hair industry in 2018, she has developed a strong foundation through hands-on experience and a genuine passion for learning.
Guided by her motto, “Keep learning and stay kind,” Joey believes that patience and dedication are key to growing into a great stylist. What began as a simple interest — styling and cutting her friends’ hair back in school — gradually turned into a fulfilling career path after discovering the joy of seeing clients happy with their results.
With a positive attitude and a willingness to continuously improve, Joey is an integral part of the Ampersand team, always striving to deliver a thoughtful and supportive salon experience.

Charlotte began her journey in the hair industry in 2023, driven by a passion she discovered through creative colour work.
Specialising in bleaching, vivid colours, and bold creative designs, she loves transforming hair into expressive works of art. What started as a spontaneous makeover session for her cousin became the moment she realised hairstyling was what she truly wanted to pursue, leading her to enrol in hairdressing school shortly after.
Guided by her motto, she brings both creativity and heart into every appointment, always aiming to help clients feel confident, seen, and uniquely themselves.
